Refund Policy

Last updated: 3 June 2026

This Refund Policy applies to flight bookings completed on TravelCNB. Because airlines set fare rules, refund amounts and timelines depend on the airline, fare class, and route. We process refunds only after airline or supplier confirmation unless otherwise stated at booking.

1. Airline-Dependent Refunds

Flights are subject to the operating airline's tariff and cancellation rules. Refundable, partially refundable, and non-refundable fares are labelled during search and checkout where available. If the airline does not approve a refund, TravelCNB cannot override that decision.

2. How to Request a Refund

Go to My Bookings, select your booking, and choose cancellation or refund request. You may also contact Support via WhatsApp or email with your PNR and registered mobile number. We submit the request to the airline and update you on status.

3. Processing Fees

Where permitted by the airline and applicable law, the following may be deducted from your refund:

  • Airline cancellation or penalty charges per fare rules
  • Government taxes or fuel surcharges marked non-refundable by the airline
  • TravelCNB service or convenience fees, if any were charged and disclosed at checkout
  • Payment gateway charges recovered by banks on certain card transactions (rare)

The net refundable amount is shown in your cancellation summary before you confirm, when the airline provides a quote.

4. Refund Timelines

  • Airline approval: typically 24–72 hours; complex cases may take longer.
  • TravelCNB processing: initiated within 24 hours of airline approval.
  • UPI / wallet: usually 2–4 hours after we process.
  • Credit / debit card: 3–7 business days depending on your bank.
  • Net banking: 5–10 business days in some cases.

Refunds are credited to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise in writing for exceptional cases.

5. Schedule Change & Involuntary Refunds

If the airline cancels or significantly reschedules your flight, you may be entitled to a full refund or rebooking per airline policy. Contact us promptly with your PNR; we will assist with airline-led options.

6. No-Show & Partial Use

If you do not check in or miss a segment, the airline may treat the ticket as used or forfeited with no refund. Partially used tickets follow airline rules for the remaining segments.

7. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If payment was debited but no ticket was issued, we will verify with the payment gateway and either complete the booking or refund the full debited amount within 5–7 business days.
