These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TravelCNB website and mobile experience (the "Platform"), operated for flight and related travel bookings in India. By searching, booking, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
1. About TravelCNB
TravelCNB is an online travel booking portal that aggregates flight fares from airline and GDS partners. We display the fare you pay at checkout with no hidden convenience fees on standard bookings unless clearly disclosed before payment.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract under Indian law. You are responsible for accurate passenger details (name as per ID, date of birth, contact number, and email). OTP login and Google sign-in create or link your traveller profile; agent and corporate accounts require separate approval.
3. Booking Policy
A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and issuance of a PNR / ticket number from the airline or supplier. Fares and seat availability are dynamic and may change until payment is completed. You must review itinerary, fare rules, baggage, and airline conditions before paying. TravelCNB acts as an intermediary between you and the airline or consolidator; the airline's conditions of carriage apply to your flight.
For international travel, you are responsible for passports, visas, health requirements, and arrival regulations. We are not liable for denied boarding due to documentation issues.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Taxes and statutory charges are included or itemised at checkout as applicable. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (e.g. Cashfree). We do not store full card credentials on our servers.
5. Cancellation & Changes
Cancellations and date or name changes depend on the fare type and airline policy. Some fares are non-refundable or non-changeable. Requests must be submitted through My Bookings or Support within the airline's allowed window. Service fees may apply where permitted by law and disclosed before confirmation of the request.
6. Refunds
Refund eligibility follows airline and fare-rule approval. Once approved, TravelCNB initiates refund to your original payment method. UPI refunds typically reflect within 2–4 hours of our processing; card refunds may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank. See our Refund Policy for details.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable Indian laws, TravelCNB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including missed connections, hotel costs, or business loss. Our aggregate liability for a confirmed booking fault attributable solely to us is limited to the service fees paid to TravelCNB for that booking (excluding airline fare passed through), except where liability cannot be limited by law.
We are not responsible for schedule changes, cancellations, or delays caused by airlines, weather, government action, or force majeure.
8. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Platform for fraudulent bookings, scraping, resale in violation of airline rules, or any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts and report suspicious activity to authorities or payment partners.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your rights to approach consumer forums in your district of residence under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
